We keep transaction records and account logs for the period required by applicable law. Once the retention period ends and no dispute is open, data is deleted or anonymised per our documented schedule.

These terms apply to anyone who opens an account on xzx6r. Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. Residency and jurisdiction are verified at the point of registration.

Use the Data Request Form found in your account settings. Submit your request and our team will compile your data and deliver it to your registered email within the timeframe required by applicable Indian data protection law.

Yes. You may request deletion via the Data Request Form. We will process it once any open transactions, disputes or legally required retention periods are resolved. You will receive written confirmation when deletion is complete.

We notify you of material changes by email to your registered address and via a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the account after the effective date of the update means you accept the revised terms.

Data passed to Paytm, PhonePe or UPI networks is limited strictly to what each transaction requires. We do not share account profile data or browsing history with payment processors beyond the minimum needed to complete a transfer.

Log into your account, navigate to the dispute section in the dashboard, and submit the details of your complaint. Our compliance team will review the case and issue a written decision within 14 business days.
